Refund & Return Policies

30 Days Return Policy
If you would like to return a product, we are more than happy to accept your product return request.

We will accept your return-

  • when it is within 30 days of receiving your item (The carrier's Official Shipment Tracking Website is our only reference to determine the shipping status). The buyer/you will be responsible to pay the return shipping label and all the associated return shipping fees. And we will refund the original purchased amount (any shipping fee you paid will not be refunded) to you after our return product inspection team received and verified the condition of the returned product (~1-2 business day processing time). To be eligible for a full refund, your returned item must be in the same item and same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (resellable condition). In some cases, you may also be required to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We will only pay for your return label or/and send you a replacement when the product you received is defective, damaged in transit, or expired.

Refund - Product Return
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. Then will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (excluding paid shipping fee). Please remember that it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at cs@bunnydepot.com.

Refund - Shipping Address is NOT deliverable / Refused Delivery
A total refund excluding paid shipping will be issued after we receive the returned items.

Lost Packages
We always confirm our customer's delivery address while preparing the package shipment. We do not alter/correct the address without notifying our customers before/after shipping your orders and packages. If we cannot locate your address while processing your order, we will reach out to you through email for further confirmation before shipment. Hence, if the shipment is marked as "Delivered" on the Carrier's (UPS / USPS) Official Shipment Tracking Website. we also consider the package has been delivered to the correct address (The address provided by our customer). In this scenario, No Lost Shipment Refund will be issued.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or a wrong item received. So that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Cancel Items/Orders
If some of the item(s) are not available to be shipped or delivered due to inventory matters after you have placed the order. We will automatically refund that specific item to you. If the total amount drops below the Free Shipping requirement, we will still ship your order without charging the Flat shipping cost ($8.99) to you.

BunnyDepot Inc is a great supporter of Fraud Free environment. We protect our customers, vendors, and our company. 

  1. We not only leverage various fraud detectors to fence off all fraud and suspicious orders but also manually review every single order by our bunny team. We will cancel the order and refund it back to the original payment method if it does not pass our fraud test.
  2. If we cannot contact you for further verification about the suspicious order you placed, we will only do 2 attempts within 1 week, then we will issue you a whole refund. And your account might be restricted. Please contact us at cs@bunnydepot.com for recovery.



If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support Team at cs@bunnydepot.com. We will try out best to cancel it for you. However, in some cases, order cancellation is not always guaranteed. If our warehouse team has already processed and shipped your order, it cannot be canceled. And you may have to return the products to us after you received them, and you may have to pay the shipping fee for the product return.
